Bummer! I've learned to keep a spare hidden on the bike: won't say where. Doesn't matter if I tell, actually, since virtually any key will start my bike, but only the right key will open the gas tank cap!
When will you be back? I've got a new Dunlap on my rear wheel. Well, I mean my bikes rear wheel. Knowhatimeanvern?

Old bikers never die, they're just out of sight!

My recently re-built, hopped up '79 Special caught fire and burned everything from the top of the engine up: gas tank, wiring, seat, & melted my windshield all over the front of the bike. Just bought a 1980 Special that has been non oped for 9 years. My Skoot will rise from the ashes and be re named "The Phoenix!"
      I've been riding since 1959.

        Well,
I'm in HOT Scottsdale, AZ with THREE new keys for the bike! Cost me $31.00 total, so I'm happy. The key fob, an 82nd Airborne patch, can be replaced when I get home. I'll be leaving the Phoenix area in the morning and driving towards the proper coast, and COOLER temps!
Ed, I'll be trying to meet up with Cody Friday, so we'll have to see once I get back. I will need a few days to try and upload pictures. I may re-size a lot of them, and try to put together a web page for them. I just need to find the time to do it.

          Ray,
Sorry to hear about your key mishap! What a drag!

Thanks for the pics we've seen so far.

When you see Cody, tell him I'm bored and his play time's over... and I said to get his butt back home so he can help me put my Dynojet kit in...

But just don't tell me what he replies... ok??? LOL

Glad to hear you sorted the key problem out Ray

Try using Photobucket for your pics. It's free, you can set up your holiday pics in an album, it will upload a batch of pics at once and it'll resize them as they upload.
