    Another New Guy...

    Thought I should introduce myself...Got my 1st XS1100 special just last week a 79 , with 6500 original miles and bone stock...And would'nt ya know it !! A 1978 XS1100 Standard followed it home this last weekend. What have I got myself into ??? This is a fantastic site !! So much info...So little time...Thanks all Hope to talk to soon...Steve

    Looks like you have it bad too.. Congratulations!

    Sounds like you're starting out with a couple of pretty nice bikes.

    The search feature will become your best friend...

    Don't forget pictures. If you don't allready have one get a photodump account set up. It's free. Most everyone here uses it to get photos up here.

    I have a cousin living in Littleton. Used to own Denver bait and tackle over in the area of the old airport. Way back he used to ride a 650 Triumph. Probably was that first little ember planted in my mind about riding a bike.

        congrats and welcome. same thing happened to me.....but it took 364 days for the 78 E to make it home!! one day shy of the 79 SF's anniversary!!
