Is it just me or does it seem like there are a lot of parts on Ebay? Seem like someone is parting out 2 or 3 bikes... what a shame. Get'em while they last I guess. Probably half of the people bidding on ebay are from ch11.
"What they do have is an implacable, unrelenting presence and movement that bespeaks massive power lurking behind paint and chrome. They don't wail like a screeching ninja, the don't rumble like a harley. They just growl like a spactic, stressed out badger waiting to rip your face off and eat your soul." Trainzz~RIP~
One seller is parting out his 78 because second gear went out??? Felt like contacting him and asking if he didn't know about the second gear fix but I didn't want to ruin his day.
I send notes like that to sellers all the time, telling them how they have mis-represented their items, or called them something they are not. There was somebody selling some Vetter parts that went to a "flaring" until I told them that they'd get more hits if they spelled it right...

Yep, I sent a message to a guy who was selling "goldwing" saddlebags, and a "goldwing" trunk, which both happened to be vetter bags and trunk (of course I told him after getting an awsome deal on a vetter tailtrunk for my 11). It not only makes it so the seller gets shortchanged, which I'm not really always to worried about, but it can keep the person needing the part from being able to find it.
