      Wow, that's fast.

But, those are KPH. That's 186 mph.

      Still, very freakin' fast.

He never quite hit 300kph (186mph) but close.

I don't think that was the Autobahn, either. Not sure but are there a lot of tractors on the bahn?

That and that car he pulled up behind was PASSING at about 110kph. Cars don't go that slowly here, on the highway, unless they are on fire!

Be neat if we could make out one of the road signs as he goes by.

A couple years ago my wife and I were making the trip home from San Diego, when 5 or 6 bikes passed us at speeds that had to be over 150mph.

Any southern Cal riders know that strech of I-5 that runs through the Anaheim area... All lit up and about 6 lanes wide plus pretty straight as well.

I had just checked the mirrors looking for the CHP. I wasn't speeding at one am... There was nothing behind me and all of a sudden the car got yanked to the side. Hard. They went by on both sides and disappeared in a flash.

By the time we realized what had happened they were gone.

That is a big wide well lit section of freeway and they were using it.

What is really funny is the fact that we see more CHP in that area of So-Cal I-5 than any other section.

You weren't one of the riders were you 3Phase?

Motor Cycle News tested a Hayabusa at Avalon Airport when they first came out. Got to 320 kph (198 mph) on 5000 metre (approx 3 mile) runway. had to remove mirrors and even the knee scrapers on riders leathers. they wound it up by using approach road to start, still pulling when had to turn wick down so as to be able to stop. proper scary.
