Have any of you used the wheel chock that Harbor Freight sells on an XS? It seems okay, but I'm afraid that the discs will be damaged by the sides...

Do you have a link to it? I've never thought using a chock on a 2-wheeled vehicle. I suppose if I ever needed to, I could use the same thing that I use to keep my car from rolling when I jack it up - a 2X4 and a piece of plywood.1980 XS850SG - Sold

That'd be nice for in a trailer or something. Seems like it shoud work just fine with some straps to do the rest of the work.1980 XS850SG - Sold

From the looks o the Zip-Splat tire in the first picture, it should easily fit! I may need to buy one or two of those for the trailer I am going to build....Ray Matteis

I think it will be okay, and I'm going to give one a try. I had some ideas about okie-rigging something similar, but their design looks good and it would be sturdier than whatever I come up with. Ray, you can check it out this weekend."Time is the greatest teacher; unfortunately, it kills all of its students."
