    Hi Nate,
those people sell hardtail conversions. Regardless of the excellence of their manufacturing skills and business ethics, anyone who does that is evil, perverted and gains sexual satisfaction in doing cruel things to small animals.

Fred, you forgot to put that it's just YOUR opinion. Some people DO like riding on hard tails.

          Hi Ray,
well yeah, but not the hard tail on a bike, eh?
Couple of years ago I got the chance to ride ~100 miles on a 16H Norton.
It must have been 40 years since the previous time I rode a rigid frame motorcycle.
Oh, the nostalgia! Oh, the wonders of once more hearing the whap-whap-whap- of a 500cc sidevalve single wound flat out on a country road! Oh, my aching arse!
Anyone who removes a motorcycle's rear suspension has to REALLY put style before comfort.

              Hi Craz,
chariot is one of the lesser-used terms for sidecar, so be careful who you denigrate.
I don't have to whip myself, I'm married, remember?
And snorting fire ants? Do people really do that? Hmmmm - -

Hey Nate: They are great people to deal with Tyler & his brother are top notch. I have jsut bought my 2nd set of forwards from them - had a set for my xs650 - sold bike this spring & just installed my 2nd set from them for my Midnight Special. I got lucky and got the one & only set off of him that have brass pegs that match the gold & black of the MNS - looks unbelievable. Hell, since it was my 2nd set he threw in a t-shirt of his & a decal with his logo. His logo fits my bike & i put the design on my back fender - looks great, fits with the bike overall. I just installed the forwards myself last wk. It is a great fit for the xs1100 I did not have to bend any of the control rods like they have in there picture. Just cut the brake peg & the shifter peg with a hack saw & drill a hole for the extension rods at a 6:00 postion pointing down. It comes no lower than what the center stand hangs. All the components are top notch & heavy duty built. Be sure to get there universal extension rods with the outside pipe on it for extra rigidity. You won't be disappointed and the comfort with the pegs is 2nd to none. Hell they lasted fine & were still in great shape for over 2 yrs on my vibration king xs650 when I sold it. I had quite a few emails with them for the purchase of this set since it was a "special" order with the brass pegs. He even told me to email him pics of my bike & he would put it on his web site. I gotta figure that out with camera etc. Good luck & you won't regret it - they really make the bike that much better. Oh, and I also left the original foot pegs on for another change of positon- the rods go under them - Dan

I"ll take a couple with the digital this wknd and try to sort that out on Monday somehow. You know the photo bucket thing they always talk about on this forum. I'm not really a tech dude with computor file stuff. But I will try to give it a shot. If it works I'll try to post them on this thread. - Dan

That's why I like watching what they do with a lot of the bikes on american chopper, they seem to do a lot of "fake" hardtails that look like hardtails but have a hidden suspension system.
