Free for pickup in S.E. PA. zip 19460- two 1979 XS1100 Standard frames one with a valid Virginia title signed by the last owner, one w/ no papers.
The previous owner took apart both bikes down to the frame and started bobbing the one with a title. He cut the frame tubes about 6 inches behind the upper rear shock mounts and most of the tabs from the bottom of the frame with the exception of the kick stand. The other frame has a split in the bottom of one of the frame tubes from freezing water I suppose. Both frames appear to be straight and have the rear swingarm/final drives attached. Use the cut one as it is for a bobber project or take the missing parts you need from the parts frame to repair the titled one, whatever.
I also have some other free parts available from the bikes that aren't in the greatest shape but may be useful if someone comes to get the frames.
