How bout the 40 bucks you owe me from the last time! That, and beer money would be cool too!

This REALLY sucks, but I just found out that I will not be able to make it this weekend!! SWMBO went to the Dr (she is pregnant) and found out that there is no heartbeat, where there should be one... Did a bunch of blood tests and confirmed that things aren't progressing as they are supposed to be. The Dr. is talking about a D&C at the end of the week, if nature doesn't take it's course by itself. We're pretty smashed up about this, and it's a double-downer that I won't be able to come and meet all you folks after all...

I want to thank everyone for all your offers of hospitality, and hopefully, I'll be able to meet up with you on another occasion. I'm sorry...

Ok, this is one of those times when I wish I could edit a post.

All the medical findings are still true, and still suck like crazy, but the Dr has decided to postpone the operation until next week. I guess he wants to give nature a few extra days to do it's thing?? So, as bad as this all is, SWMBO has talked me into recinding my cancellation. I kinda feel bad leaving her at home for the weekend, but she insisted. It might be just the distraction I need anyway. So, I guess I WILL be joining you after all! Sorry for the wishy-washyness. See you guys on Friday!

                        Hey, guys...
I've been wanting to get up there to finally get a chance to meet you all! I've been holding back though, cause my bike's decided to show it's ugly side the last couple a months... Thought last week I had about everything fixed up, then this charging problem reared it's head...
Found a cracked section in the stator yesterday... found a source... in CO. - $125.00 = $75 for a core charge. + shipping and time...

Checking out a couple of other local leads...

Even once that's fixed, not 100% sure it's THE problem, or just another one...

I'll keep ya posted... really want to meet up w/ you guys! Sounds like a good time, and I was hopin' to get the chance to see ya ZombieRob, before you had to split!
If I don't make it this time take care, all... and have a good 'ern!

Bug, i'm soo sorry to hear you guys are having these issues i hope everything turns out well.

xjok, look forward to meeting you sometime as well, you may have more chances in the future though because i'm not sure i'm still gonna go to seattle. a couple of bumps in the road.

russ, how much do you think it'll cost for some fork seals, new mirrors, and that fuse block we talked about last time? i wanna make sure i come prepared this time. i don't want to wear out my welcome too terribly fast. i still have alot of work to do and you have the knowledge, garage, tools and parts i need. not to mention you guys are pretty fun to hang with and ride with. i'm looking at maybe a seven-ish arrival on sat.

                            Shoot

Unfortunately, I will be at the other end of the state for my crazy old mothers birthday.....sigh.

But I will be in KC next month, so lets grab a bite, been wanting to check out Grinders, heard it was a crazy place to eat.

also, do NOT let Harry hold any power tools after his 4th beer. He tends to go into public and dump water on himself.

Russ, I got yer $20 stashed in the back of my wallet. Want to give it to you personally.

                            Ya'll have a great time.

What's the time schedule look like for the 25th? I'm supposed to be somewhere around 8-9pm that day, but I'm guessing a lot of the stuff will be before then (and if we're riding somewhere, I can always split off if time's getting late). Totally forgot I promised something for late that evening.

When the heck did my schedule get so complicated? Oh, that's right. When I bought a bike and wanted to ride it. :P

I was thinking we could head over fairly early in the morning like around 9ish. Do some wrenching and tuning. Take a ride once everyone is back together, maybe early afternoon. Back to Russ's for burgers, dogs and drinks. We should be back to Russ's before Wolfpaws has to leave and before Zombie shows up.

Hope you can make it up Bob. Look forward to meeting you. Will the bike make it to KC as it is?

Sorry you can't make it Lee. Let me know when you are gonna be in town.
