  • Hello fellow X'ers New guy on the Bloc!!

Well looks like this might be the place to intro yourself! I have a 1980XS1100S that I have owned since 1987. It belong to my uncle who purchased it new. the mileage is 48k and I have restored the bike twice now trying to pep it up again.

I bought a VTX1800C in 2003 and my buds said that you would never ride old faithful again...well they have been right BUT now I plan on ridng the ol XS more...I just had the carbs completely rebuilt last year installed a new battery today and will be changing all the fluids in a few days. The last thing will be new rubber

              Welcome

Welcome to the forum. I too am relatively new and the folks here are outstanding.

Sweet looking ride. I am currently on my 7th XS Special. And now that the weather here is finally clearing up, I hope to enjoy a great deal. Located in SE Okla. and we have a great deal of riding in this area.

Again, welcome and hope you enjoy the website.
