Thanks to my extended family of XSers, this is my 1000th post. Entering the "Guru" status, it's been a true pleasure sharing the info that I've learned here mostly from all of you, and on my own. I don't start many threads on my own, but I'm always glad to throw in my $.02 for anyone that needs help if I feel it is relevent. I've met some great people here face to face, and those that I haven't, mabye someday we'll cross paths. I first got my hands dirty on these bikes over 20 yrs. ago and never imagined in a million years that a group of people like you would ever exist. Thank you everyone, Bikerphil.

                Hey Phil,

Your knowledge in your posts was evident right from the start, and I, too, am both grateful and appreciative of your time and contributions to the site, the posts, the photos, etc.!! So...congrats on receiving a title that you had already exemplified from the beginning!

                    Congrats from Okla.

Phil, I've only been around here since January, when I purchased my XJ1100, but I practically live on here anymore, and I've enjoyed reading your threads. Congrats, and I look forward to reading the next 1000 from ya, and maybe meeting up with you one day. Ride safe...

                      Congratulations, you desrve it!!

                      Hey Bud,
You are definitely deserving of the Guru status, not only because of your hard earned, spot on, knowledge of our beloved machines but also because of your selfless generosity to share it and help whenever the opportunity arises.
I know my bikes would not be at the stage where they're at if it weren't for your help. For that, I am eternally gratefull. Ch 11 is a better place because of people like you. Thanks again for your generosity.
