long time
it took me two years of scanning craigslist to find a bike in my price range and also to develop the cajones to attempt a resurection , I got this one from a 1st owner who got it new in 79 and rode it for 20 years and then let it sit for another 10 , he said it ran when i parked it (BS) opun further inspection that was just not possible or he would have either rode it or sold it, the#1 set pu coil wires were broken in 2 places and this bike had no spark . easy enough fix and if you read my thread on reviving an old beast you will see what I have done to it so far!!
