It matches the bike and at least looks like it was made for it. Nice fit up!

I might have gone for a flat black to not highlight it so much instead of the red. JMHO.

        Nice job on it overall!!

Ain't a darn thing wrong with that. Personally, I would have cut off the end where it comes back to a straight pipe.

Is the swing arm going to hit it over big bumps?

It won't hit the swing arm. When the bike is parked on the side stand like that, the swing arm is at full deflection, and it doesn't touch.

The recording doesn't do it justice. It has a nice mellow tone when idling or cruising, and snarls nicely when the coal is poured to it.

I think it is running a bit rich on the top end. Strange, I would have guessed an ope exhaust would require more fuel from more flow.

That sounds fantastic I was talking about using a 'Cherrie Bomb" a few weeks ago when I was at SlowMo's ,place thanks for posting the video. I like the way it sounds much better than my Mac mufflers.

well, if you do, check into which size you will need. I got the one with the 2 1/4" inlets, and it was the same size as the header. I had midas expand the header to make it fit, but if I did it again, I would find one that fit better.

I had to weld a bracket on the side of the cannister to make it work well. I repainted it with VHT header paint. I may end up putting some engine clear on it to get a shinny look instead of the flat. I think a nice chrome tip on it would look great, but everything readily available to me on Sunday afternoon is the exhact same size as the outlet. I am guessing Midas will have something that will slip over it without having to resort to more expanding.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the sound.
