I found a source on this book, it shows "more than 10 available" for $40. amazon shows one available for $331. Is amazon on crack, or is that just the "normal" price for the book? Should I jump all over my source for $40?

I got mine from an ebay listing too.It was from Karla and she even sent a little note with it.Very nice.
I suppose if someone wanted to pay $300 for one they could just send it to Karla,I'm sure she could use the money.
