Hi Tarzan,
you don't have to find $4,800 for a complete Ural rig and besides, you'd hate dropping the 50 HP.
You just need the sidecar as an XS11 is a far better tug than a Russian built copy of a 1950's BMW.

Mind you, IMHO that particular Kijiji offering is a bit expensive at $3,000 even if the sidecar is really clean and shiny.
You could pick up a rust'n'dent special Ural sidecar for a grand or less and I doubt your dear little doggies would care about it's condition.
