    in da u.p. when cabin fever hits you get out side and and snowmobile ,ice fish, go to the dogsled race's,etc. as you can see the old green sled we take the bar with us blender, grill, deepwell with liquor and another sled pulling a keg
    this our relic run about 150 sleds 73 and older we do a 50 mi. trip

      That's about how I remember them when I lived there!
      Was across the bridge about 60mi in Gaylord.
      Wife still has an uncle that lives in DeTour.
      Nice Pics!

      The still have the SnoMo race by Mackinaw bridge?

        Ran our '72 Nordic in many x-country rallies, well into the late 90's.

        Usually ended up towing other, much newer machines out.

        I ran with the new stuff, though, not the old stuff. As long as the trail was lots of bush crashing, I could easily keep up. The one year they put it on the river, I burnt a hole through a piston.

        $60 later and it was good as new.
