Point Peele Day trip

I think it's time to sycronize our calendars. We were planning a trip to the point in june. Would be nice to get a bunch of bikes out for this one. Should be close enough to the border for some Michigan and Pennsylvania riders. Maybe an Ottawa area bike or two.

Thx for the invite. I'm usually ready for a ride at any time but I had the old folks for the day. Otherwise I'd of run up there. I plan to run for the next two days.

We Lied

hamjam and maximphil are off to Aurora to the '47th annual juried art Aurora show 'held in the Aurora town hall ,just past the Timmies @ Wellington and John West way where a friend of mine has some pieces in the show we plan to get there around 3 and leave around 3;30 / 4 and head to Angels Diner in Orangeville for dinner at around 6 pm ,if anyone wishes to meet up that would be nice,
I will not be leaving for a bit ,

Decided against Orangeville however too far West

As you know I don;t have a wife anymore and haven't had a dog since i was a kid but it is such a catchy poem, on Launch Day I could not resist
It was cold at times and it rained bit too.
Boat is in the water.......and floating is always a good day

Thank god Hamjam woke me up. I will not be able to attend the festivities at Jugheads. My mom has terminal big C and this will our last mothers day with her. Sorry guys. Rick

ossjughead (Jim) is having a BBQ at his home on May 9th.(Ottawa area) He has extended an invitation to SOXS to attend. There will be members from Ontario and the US attending. This would be a great chance for everyone to get aquainted before the XS North Barry's Bay Rally. If anyone is interested, maybe we could head up as a group, even if we have to do the cage thing.

That's great Phil, We can watch the forecast for the cage or bike decision.
It would be a good chance to stretch out my pain threshold on the Hot Rod.
Right now it's about 100kms. before a 10min smoke and stretch break. Perhaps out to 159 kms. if I'm in the lead again.

I checked my calendar....... 9th is a Saturday
Pencilled in. Daytrip would be Cage. Week end would be 1st long ride of the season
