The HOV lanes on I-95 over here in Miami have been converted to express toll lanes. The more congested the traffic is in the regular lanes (free), the higher the toll is in the express lanes. The price of toll fluctuates and is charged to your sunpass. This applies to cars and trucks only. Motorcycles are always free, 24-7.
