    Hi all well it is almost done here are some pics


    I glassbeaded the controls and justed cleared them and polished the lower bars and painted the upper bars silver. the master was also painted silver. P.S. Yes i know i have to finish the lever on the master

    All aluminum has been polished, calipers have been beaded and painted silver.rims have been polished. Headlight pot has been beaded and painted. frame has been blasted and painted





    Motor has been painted with Dupli-color ceramic 1200F (thanks Bikerphil) side covers will be polished and valve cover will be beaded and painted black not crinkle.


    So I have a few more things to finish but it is mostly done all the hard stuff anyways I would like to thank andreash (Motormounts Horns, BlueGiant Sidecover, Madmax-im 4 into 1 exhaust, and everyone else that has help me also the great forum here that has been a great help all the info on here is priceless

    Hey Wanna do mine?

    Great Job Jim!I'm jealous...my bike needs exactly what you're doing...my engine looks like crap and so does all the other metal finishes.If you had to pay someone to do that kind of work...it problably would run into alot of money..for sure.I haven't seen my bike look this good in many many yearsYou maybe new to this forum but I'd say you know your way around these bikes like a Guru!You could open a restoration business...I'd be your 1st customer!

      Bring it up here i enjoy doing it. There is not a huge cost in the paint and other stuff you need to do this its a time thing and i would never be able to pay someone the time i have in mine I am retired kinda now so this is what i do for fun well i do cars also am in the middle of doing a 1964 Galaxie wagon also.
