Just filled my tank at Two Jacks in Kelseyville, CA for $2.139/gallon. Nice for California but I don't think it'll last too long.
What are prices in your locale?

Here in Central NJ...its $1.80 /gal of Regular...it keeps going down...I expect to see $1.75 by the weekend.I'm thinking I should put in an underground tank on my property and fill it up...yeah rightThis is all aconspiracy by big oil to keep us hooked on oil and gas...ppl think ...hey its cheap why change...its back to the way its always been ...with big oil in the driver's seat reaping their profits and maintaining their monopoly...they'll not change or endorse alternatives until they can monopolize that as well...
Up here near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, it is about $0.835 per litre. or about $2.40 USD/US gallon

Western Colorado; City Market has a discount deal, $100.00 in groceries and you get $0.10 (ten cents) per gallon off regular price. Price with discount was $1.839 for 85 octane unleaded regular as of 11/16/2008.
I checked my logs...has been over 4 years since gas was below $2.00 per gallon in this part of the country. I keep a log in my cars where I keep track of fuel, maintenance, tires, and other auto-related expenses. Makes for interesting reading once or twice a year, just to see what it costs to keep my cars running. Went back to first log entry for the current car, recorded 9.2 gallons of gas for $20.00. That was in October of 2004.
Makes a difference. I drive about 680 miles a week on one car, SWMBO drives the other car another 200 miles or so per week. Comes out to about 28 gallons. Both cars get about 32 mpg, same as the XJ. At $4.00 per gallon this past summer, one week would cost $112.00. At $1.84 one week is $51.52. Substantial difference, over $200.00 per month in cash, since we don't put gas on a credit card.
Won't last, but the lower price is nice for the moment!

It's $1.68 here in St. Louis. The low fuel light turned on for the first time on me today, so I went and filled 'er up and was pleasantly suprised.

Here in SW OH price has been creeping downward, right now approx. $1.789/gal, getting better, but I doubt if we'll ever see pre-9/11 prices again, however, I could be mistaken, I remember paying $1.309/gal in the early '80s, and in the summer of '86, the price dropped like a stone to $0.509/gal. so, you never know. have a nice day and ride safe

Were down to $1.99 here in Spokane.I should take my pickup to the station and fill it up.I think the last time I did it was 3.70 a gallon. And its empty now,so it should be at least $35 less this time.
80.9 cents a liter here in Lacombe which is $306.6 Cnauk per US Gallon. which with the exchange rate is....$3.78 per US gallon. Still a whack lower than it was for sure!

regular gas has dropped from $1.29 to 90.9 cents/litre here in Saskatoon.
In US $ & measures that's a drop from $4.17 to $2.94 per gallon.
I too doubt that gas prices will stay at this level but what can a person do?
If I were wealthy I would replace my '93 Buick with a small modern frugal vehicle but if I were wealthy I wouldn't give a toss what the price of gas was so long as the pumps still had some, right? You see extreme examples in poor countries where gas costs as much & more as it does in North America but the average worker is lucky to earn $1 an hour and three up on a 90cc Kawi or 20 workers SRO in the back of a truck is the norm.
