                      Getting desperate? Well, at least Michigan isn't the state with the highest unemployment anymore. Rhode Island has that distinction now. But I don't think it's because Michigan has created more jobs. I think there are going to be a few more states that will surpass us in unemployment in the coming months.

                      What I can't figure out is it had to been in the 30's that time of the morning!
