Winter rain sucks; constant winter rain sucks constantly.

Can you find an old diving bell and mount it like an umbrella for the winter?

When I lived up in the mountains in Oakhurst, Ca., I rode every year until the snow was deep enough to high-center the bike, then dragged it into the living room (wife was not amused...) and tore it down to the frame so I could do the winter inspection/maintenence and so I wouldn't do crazy stuff like ride in snow deep enough to ski in.

    Regards,

    Scott

One year I made snow chains for an old 250cc single I had. However I've ridden in enough sucky weather that if it's not dry, I'm taking the cage.

I sure wish Parts'N-More would hurry up with those seals...
