I ordered a gasket set from them, but even though they packed good and put extra cardboard to prevent folding, the FedEx guys folded it anyway. They had to work real hard to do that, probably even had to stomp on it to get such a good crease. Needless to say the fold was right down the center of the head gasket. Although I was able to pound out the metal rings in the head gasket and use it anyway, I sent a complaint to them by e-mail as there was no phone number. Yesterday I got a whole new gasket set from them.

Right On, PlnDk !!
I had a similar experience wt them sending a tweaked head gasket and they were happy to replace the head gasket .... but only if I sent it back. Pissed me off. Like you did, I tapped it out with a little mallet and used it anyway. I think they maybe are starting to get it ... which is good cuz they have some pretty friendly pricing Kudos to PNM !!80G Mini-bagger
