  • Tip to newbees

When you are posting , type your message in "Word" then do your spellcheck and then cut-and -past your message into the "reply" post on the web-site. I have spent some of the best hours of my life typing "replys" to threads only to have them lost into cyberspace because I made the mistake of typing a long message directly onto the website. Be forwarned! This will happen to you!

Old bikers never die, they're just out of sight!

My recently re-built, hopped up '79 Special caught fire and burned everything from the top of the engine up: gas tank, wiring, seat, & melted my windshield all over the front of the bike. Just bought a 1980 Special that has been non oped for 9 years. My Skoot will rise from the ashes and be re named "The Phoenix!"
    I've been riding since 1959.

Can I also offer a tip to those people who aren't very good at spelling?

Point your browser to Google and download the new browser called 'Chrome'.

It will spell check directly in the box where you type!

Fred... just hit the back button and it will be there. Hilight it and copy what you've written, re-sign in and paste it.

You can live to be 100, as long as you give up everything that would make you want to live to be 100!
