  • Best use of an 1100 Midnight Special?

Can this guy be relieved of duty?

I say that jokingly...it's his bike, he can do what he wants with it.

I went riding with my buddy from Maine, I have the 1100SG, he has the 1100SH. He took me up to see this Midnight 1100 Special up in Maine.

No kidding, the thing sits in a jewelry store showroom with a freaking stuffed tiger on top. WHAT THE HECK??????

I would say it is flawless but it is in very good shape. Call me strange but I couldn't stop drooling over his footpegs that were in great shape and I so desperately need.

The guy said he has had many offers for it but he won't sell it.

    To each his own, right?

Sounds like he needs to be relieved of his "burden"!

I have a serious problem with people who collect and/or own classics and just let them sit.

Jay Leno is one of them.

      Makes me sick.

I think Jay drives a LOT of his vehicles. He even made the Tank show car street legal so he could drive it.
