  • Oldie but Newbie

I just joined xs11 today! I've been riding yamaha's for the past 24yrs. My first bike was a 1980 xs1100s, then I switched to the 1982 920 Virago (very briefly) I'm turning 50 this year and I just picked up a 1982 XJ1100 with 9500 original miles and I LOVE IT! Brings back the memories. I feel young again! It's got XJ750 rear shocks that drop the back end 2". Just a nice low profile.

Caseville? Now I know there are some babe's out in that neck of the woods. A few here in Sagnasty. I sold the Searay and told the wife, "I'm gettin a bike."

Oops! I meant I told the wife, "I'm gettin a REAL bike." not an ego tripper.

Thanks! I was lucky enough to find this one on craigs list in Detroit/Sterling Heights. Only one I could find in Michigan. I got it for a fair price. He has got all the parts for two others he wants to sell. If I had the money I'd snatch them up quick.
