ive got a 4 into 1 with a fairly open exhaust,
im running 150s atm, but slightly big, going 2 140,
    ive run up2 160 mains screamed from 6000 - 8000
at wot, but bogged down at lower revs.
buy urself a drill bit kit from a hobby store, about $35.
with assortmant of bits, makes it a lot cheaper.

wat pilots have u got, hav u got the needles shimmed?
    im running 38 pilots
    needle shimmed with 3 washers.

I work in a machine shop, no need to buy drills.
I have 38 pilots. No shims.
I like to have diff jets so I can go back if I want to. Once you drill there's no going back. Not knocking you. Just diff.

        Hi Guys,

If you are drilling jets and go too big, you can solder 'em up, and start again!

Don't fill the entire "cavity" in the jet; the internal shape need to remain, just try to block the actual hole.

          Hey Pete,

Just thinking.....are those keihin's used on a specific bike? If they are, have you checked if there is a forum for them? Maybe someone else has had the same issues
