Sync Tool

Is there a specific carb sync tool that anyone would recommend for doing your carbs. Also where might I find one for purchase?

hey there 78yamahaman....now that i got your attention, here's the way i did it....ya got some wholesale tool shop (harbor freight) type of store.....buy 4 engine vacuum gauges and sync on....KEEP THE RECEIPT!!....when u r done, just return them and get your money back.....thats how i did it......free syncing is very good.....just my 2 cents...ross

If you want to have a decent one on hand to use occasionaly
and that are easy to store in between,I bought a MORGAN CABTUNE and I like it a lot.It's about $100 but well worth it for the ease of use and convenience.Just my .02

Having a sync tool around is a good thing. I like to check the sync on my bikes about once a year and on any new/old bikes that I aquire, plus your friends will bring you Beer to sync the carbs on there bikes.

Well anytime your friends bring beer is always a good thing, but when I checked the page its says that is for any model except yamahas. Thanks for the advice guys.

I found one on ebay from sporting for less thats says xs on it. Maybe I will try that one

I dont know about not being for yamaha I didnt read that,but I can tell you that I use it on my XS and it works great.

Tarzan, I think this is the part that he seen. (except Yamaha FZR models).

Yeah I seen the the except Yamahas on the JC page I didnt see the FZR models thing. Thanks guys for the help. I think I am going to purchase the Morgan one. Thanks again guys.

Morgan Carbtune. The best I've used. WAY better than fluid sticks!
