Anybody know how to print out a list of one's favorites (bookmarks) list from MS Internet Explorer that includes the actual addresses?
I exported the list to my hard drive but it doesn't appear to include the website addresses.
Would be handy to have a hard copy at times.

Open up MS word .. Go to the page you want to save the address for. Once the page is fully loaded put the mouse cursor over the address in the address bar and right click on the address. select copy. go to your work doc and paste the address into the doc. It "should become an active link.
Do this for each page you want to save the address for. Myself ... I am not aware of any was to print off the list from within windows. If you have a fast connection the above method is pretty fast to do.
You could also just copy the entire favs folder onto a floppy or CD or flash drive ..

Rob, exporting the entire list to it's own folder moved them as links only, it seems that to get to the actual addresses for printing you would have to do them one at a time (way too many) !!

        Hey Dean,

You're close!!! Go ahead and EXPORT the list to a FILE, it's an HTML file. I did a test, it was called Bookmark.htm. I used IE to open it, and then selected VIEW SOURCE, and it opened it into a NOTEPAD window!

Then you can either USE Notepad or Wordpad to open it like a text file, and you will have the URL's listed complete, you can then use the editting function IF you want to to clean up the page for printing!!

your on the right track TC

          once you have bookmark.htm

          just rename to bookmark.txt

and then double click on it and it will open in notepad
