  • Wiring Harness question

Does anyone know off hand if a new wiring harness includes the fuse box or will I have to connect it to my existing fuse box?

    Hi Rob,
well, I'd suppose it depends on which aftermarket company built the harness but why do you care? I'd suppose that someone going to all the trouble of installing a new wiring harness would replace the glass tube style fusebox with a blade style fusebox anyway?

The harness is factory NOS and already on it's way to me. The photo just does not show if the fuse box is there because the harness is coiled up in the photo. I would not change out the fuse box in this case because this harness is for my fully restored factory configuration bike.
