      Where do the replies go?

      Every now and again someone is asked to clean out their mailbox and I dutifully go and clean out mine too.
      BUT
      I have replied to a whole bunch of personal mail and I have never seen any of it after I hit the reply button. My e-mail has a "sent mail" file but I can't find one here.
      SO
      WTF are they? If they are cluttering up a file someplace I'd gladly clean them out.
