I was looking for a service manual for a 1982 XJ11, but can't find one. I was wondering if the manual for the 1981 XS11 was the same for the 1982 XJ11. Can someone let me know? Thanks.

Please Edit your Profile so that folks can tell what YEAR and MODEL XS you have, there are differences between them!!

Conky, as well as Reaper, there are several LINKS in the LINKS forum , one is for online manuals at an online library, just follow the TOP link in that thread, use the USERNAME and Password to log in, go to the SMALL engines section, and then MOTORCYCLES and you'll find the XS11 78-81 listed!

Regrettably, the XJ is considerably different in many ways from the XS! Much fancier electronics, a different TCI, different brakes and a few other things, but the engine is fairly the same, just the YICS system/changes, as well as the Alt. So...depending on what you need help with, the XS manual may provide what you need, but may not!?
