    congrats

Congratulations JMF, one of the best things about retirement is that you only do the things you want to do....so I hear. Anyway, get the ol' xs running and be happy. Lots of rallies coming up so its a great time to be XSessive with time on your hands,,,,,Mike S in Sun Diego

        Good advice

Stay busy, good advice....I picked up a used guitar couple months back and a little Peavy amp....always wanted to play something and since retirement is close for me thought I try some "blues" Texas style blues that is on a strat....you can only plant so many flowers and slam so many golf balls, thats not a putdown mind you if thats the sorta thing you dig.....like Prom says, keep busy...Good luck

Congratulations. This month makes five years of retirment for me. Sometimes I think if I would have known at 18 what I know now I might never have ever went to work. One of the first things that you will learn about retirement is that there is just not enough time in the day for a retired man to get everything that he has to do did.

            Congrats JMF,

My Dad used to say that the worst thing about retirement is that you never get a day off. Enjoy it.

You have just enough time to get the bike together and ready for the Meeting of the Minds here in June...

                  Yay! Another Louisiana Guy!

Congrats on your retirement. I am looking forward to doing the same in a couple of years (bank and lawyers permitting).

I am only about 65 miles away in Kenner and am glad to see another excessive near me. Seems like since Katrina there are not too many of these fine old machines around here anymore.

                        Thanks

Thanks to all with the best wishes. I do plan on staying active and busy.
Once I get the bike up and running I'll be going out to visit the people close to me. I have family in the Tampa/Apollo beach area and Miami and Key west. I'll be showing up around there also.

                        Again thanks.
