  • Ain't life unfair? Another SAD Ohio story

I just got my new toy and had to battle my way back from Atlanta with her. Wasn't bad until I got to Cincy, then it was a 2 and a half hour ice dance to Dayton (normally around 50 minutes) Any how, long story short, new bike, can't ride...

Hope the link works, she's a beauty. Still working on getting the Battle Cruiser into 100% restored condition, but this Concours seems just the ticket for everyday commuting.

Very pretty, one of these days, if we actually manage to get out for a ride, I'll see it first hand. I mean hell, I only live a half hour away.

            Effin' whiners

Here in Saskatoon it's gonna be +5ÂșC today and I might be tempted to take an uninsured slither around the block on the melting snow but anyone in Saskatchewan who plates his bike before mid to late May is just goading the weather gods into sending a spring blizzard. And the City's snow clearing budget is already way overspent. Nor has the City's grader made it's once a year ritual pass down our street as yet.

I'm up for it, I have some de - winterizing to do on my ride, possibly some mods as well, but as soon as she's ready, so am I. I'll find the time, whenever. let me know.

Yes, life is unfair. I am near Atlanta. We did get snow Saturday morning 3-8-08. More times this year than in a usual 5 year period. No pics of the white stuff. I was not fast enough. It melted as soon as it hit the ground, and by Saturday afternoon...

                enough of that. Think Spring
It is a great big beautiful world out there
