A friend of mine turned me onto a deal he spotted on his Harley forum yesterday. It is in Simi Valley Ca .... I have too many projects now (and I still was tempted) and limited space (yup, it sucks) but, if interested, PM me with your email addy, and I'll hook you up with a couple of pics that she sent me and it would probably be OK to give you an introduction to the owner.

I already have a MNS but....

I'm heading to Temecula on Wed/Thurs for work (truck driver). Any place there for an 18-wheeler with a 53 ft trailer to park overnight?

Hey Pat ... just got in from Vegas

Ya' know, I'm not really sure where it is legal or OK to do so ... BUT ... having said that, there is frontage road that runs parallel to HWY 79 South (aka Temecula Pkwy) on the South side. I see a few semi's parked there. This road begins at kinda' behind the Walmart store runs up to Butterfield stage about a mile and a half. Hope you see this email ... you could call me at 951.443.9708 ... I moved last month to Vista but go to Temec often. Call me if you have time for a beer on Wed or Thursday

I parked on Diaz Rd. (between Winchell and Rancho Calif) across from the warehouse I unloaded at. Found out that the city determined that dirt was sticking to the tires and mixing with the oil on the road and creating a "hazardous materiel" thatcosts to clean-up (cough BS). The owner of the business was being fined so they charge any carrier parking on the dirt $50. Funny thing is, their back lot is dirt.

Finally next week I get to go somewhere besides Las Vegas (mondays) and Los Angeles (Thursdays). I'm heading to New Mexico.
