    Hey, Jim Where's my tank/ owner's Infro

Back in the old days; 1930's bikers would take a biker that did another biker wrong, they would take him out in the woods with chains or they would drag him for a mile behind the bike for a mile. For I remember them talking about it when I was little. I think it should still take place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for business owner's the owner's HAVE IT IN THEIR NAMES unless they have done something that they do not want to be found. [Anyone can go to B]www.secretaryofstatesc.com[/B] or the use the state that one has done business in and see who owns the business.

It's extremely comical to here someone born in 1979 talk about the old days! Damn, son, wake up and read all of a post before you spout off. let me say this again:

In the state of SC, the Secretary of State office only post on the website the name of a registered agent of a company. Thast person is usually the company attorney, who is required to sign the articles of incorporation, or the articles of organization. the names of the owners/organizers are only available in person, after showing cause as to why you (or anyone else) would need the names. Learn the true facts first.

Now, if anyone on this board wants to see the ownership facts of either of my two companies listed with the SoS office, please say so, and I will gladly scan and attach them for public view!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise, stop debating the issue! And stop insuniating that I have cheated anyone on this board, or that I am anything less than honorable!!!!!

      Enough is enough!

Hey, Mitch. The youth of today really amaze me. As far as for this spring, I have three (3) scooters in progress, a bobber, a chopper, and a lean and mean muscle bike. I will try to get some photos going on here soon. And don't worry, none of the stupid people get to me, I just imagine them with duck tape over their mouth. It makes things easier.

Jim, I will give you the benefit of the doubt because the 'i' and the 'u' are right next to each other on the keyboard. However, if 'duck' wasn't an accident, keep in mind this forum is rated 'G' please and profanity is not allowed.

Yes, 81, duck is exactly what I meant to spell. To use an i instead would have been profane, and I know that this is a g-rated forum. The duck I was refering to is that all-american staple in every toolbox. Gray tape that sticks and repairs everything.

                          Young, but not dumb

I went and saw 1 name under Jackhammers and 2 different names under Vindicators. Why would someone change 1 name from the name that was just up there on the first of April. Can you explain the information on this web site on go big network with your profile. When I am down there for bike week, I just want to know everything about a person that I might be working with for my bike. http://www.gobignetwork.com/profiles/Jim-Horton.aspx
By the way, I am not too young for 29 Palms, CA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To begin with, 29, thank you for your service to our country. Semper Fi! I also served, from 1981 to 1989.

Now as far as GoBignetwork, read the entire profile.

And now, with a planned expansion into the realm of manufactoring our own line of motorcycles, call Vindicator Cycles, I am in need of a major influx of capital.

I found an investor for Vindicator Cycles, who attempted a hostile takeover, and failed in his attempt. He was the agent initially listed for Vindicator, and was hired to act in the capacity of CFO. He was terminated from that position after his attempt. Therefore a new agent was needed, which is why the change.

As far as when you come here for Bike Week, enjoy yourself. If your Harley that is on your profile needs work there are 19 other shops in the area that will gladly work on it. I am extremely selective on the HD's that I work on. The selection is usually based on my impression of the Harley owner.

Okay, so you hired someone and they tried to take over the shop, what did you see to realize the person was taking over. So when I am done, I will know the signs to look for. SO I CAN PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING TO ME IN THE FUTURE.
