• Courtesy Cards

I just realized that this coming March I will have 50 continuous years as a street rider. Funny, I don't feel THAT old!

Other old timers may remember that, back in the days before cell phones, club members carried "courtesy cards" which were given to stranded motorists they had aided. I always carry a few XS Eleven courtesy cards and give them out to people I've helped and also to XS 11 riders I meet who are unaware of this website.

    The cards look like this:

    Here's one for Standard riders:

If anyone would like some of these, ping me a private message and I can send you a Word document that you can use to print out a sheet on those snap apart business card blanks.

Don't expect a quick response because I'm not currently on line at home and so just use the public library now and then.
    Shiny side up,
    650 Mike

XS1100SF "Rusty", runs great, 96k miles
XS650SJ "The Black Bike", engine from XS650H with 750cc big bore kit, 30k miles

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one pretty and well preserved piece, but to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, worn out and defiantly shouting, "WOW, what a ride !" - Sprung

    Sorry about the delay

Response on the courtesy cards has been great. Unfortunately I'm a bit behind on filling requests. Those who want the standard will get theirs soon.
