does anybody hav a contact phone number for them I ordered some parts from them and not recieved them and havent gotten any response to my emails

they are slow
Sorry, I do not have a phone number. Last time I ordered from them it took three weeks from the time I placed my order to the day it was delivered. They also e-mailed me a tracking number three or four days after I requested it and one day after the parts arrived.Trying not to offend since Aug 28, 2010

3 weeks? wow. every order i made (last one was in jan.) only took them almost a week to get it to my door. place the order on a sat and recieved it on fri.
the tracking number is crap, i asked for mine and got it after i got my order.79 xs1100f- standard- $50.00 runner

Strange,
I had ordered from them before and never had any problems. Even got my tracking number with my order confirmation. I checked their website for contact info looking for a phone number but didn't find one.

i wonder if their having money trouble as i have noticed more and more parts "out of stock", and they changed the site you could get brakes for just about every bike and thats gone. and their security cert is expiredwhen in doubt...get a bigger hammer
