Reminds me of the old "Tanks" game except it was 2 players and the tanks moved but the graphics were not even close to this game.

That's what I thought at first. I had to write my own version of that game for a programming class I took once.

Heh, I wrote it so the targets were always a certian multiple of elevation and power. No one caught on how I was able to devistate them with every shot.
