  • Cheap dyno's in Texas

I was over at KZR and thought I would share some choice info from Wired George:

If anyone is near the Texas Hill Country, stop by the Lonestar Motorcycle Museum owned by a Australian fella. He has a dyno and loves to dyno all bikes. Under $20.

I think there are some pics somewhere of some of the TeXSives at that Museum... Wasn't that the butterfly ride?

Less than $20? Sounds like it might be time to get the FJ going again and take her for a ride...

Hell, for under $20 it would almost be as cheap for me to ride there, get dyno'ed and ride back for what I've been quoted here.

      Freakin' outrageous!

I'd probably get it done at least 3 or 4 times during tuning my final build, had I access to it at that price.

Hmm, how much does a dyno cost these days? Almost seems like it would be a decent business opportunity....

I was looking at their website for the Lone Star Museum, and it talked about eating at their cafe. This is the quote...

Try one of our famous Aussie Meat Pies. These beauties are a tasty meat and gravy filling in a pastry shell. They are the national fast food of Australia with over 250 million consumed annually.

Dan, is this how you got your lovely figure??

It sounds like apretty good deal. I'd love to have my bike dyno'd.... when I get it running! lol.
