    Eagle....

A new painting...watercolor on grey paper. I'm pretty happy with it.

Ya could have made him smilin', or sumptin'.

            Eagle can't smile,

            Eagle got no lips.
            Well done Daniel,
your artwork is improving. Not that there isn't still room for improvement but I have seen far worse art than than that on the covers of paperbacks.

Heh...eagles always look pissed. (or perhaps that's intense)

Anyway...if he WAS smiling...that's when you'd really need to worry.

              Thanks everybody!

Eagles, are like cats, they look like they look.

We put an emotion on the look depending on how WE feel....

Thats really nice work. Its the imperfections that make it look more realistic. That very easily could be a photoshopped photograph.

                      Hey Daniel,
when do you get to the air brush part of your art class?
Think I have a couple tanks, fenders and side covers that could use your touch....

to an artist, that would be the ultimate insult. Have you seen the size of that guy?

No insult intended at all. Besides a real artists weighs 50 lbs soaking wet and lays around smoking pot all day in their mom's basements bitching about the government.

I wouldn't insult Dragon by calling him an artist.

Great work! I always admire people that have artistic ability. I can barely draw stick people.

And speaking of making the eagle smile... I don't remember the chicken hawk in the Fog Horn Leg Horn cartoons ever smiling either.
