Hi, I'm wondering if someone from the group lives in the Glasgow area and would be able to check out a car for me. I'm looking to make a long distance purchase and if I can find someone interested in checking the car out for me it would save me a trip out. It is a 1999 30th Aniversary Trans AM the guy wants to unload so his wife can put her car in the garage. Would anyone be available??

Thanks Chris, I'm still in the planning stages with this but some time soon I will have to verify the car.... If by chance you see your self headed that way I'll get the contact information and have you take a look at it and make sure the whole thing is legit. I would certainly cover expenses for the trip. Also do you need a place to keep the car for a while? I can keep it here on my property. I have 16 acres. So you can say I have more then enough room. Just thought I'd throw that offer in as well. If you don't mind me asking, is this car on ebay?

Chris, I'll get his info this week and pass it along to you as well as give him a heads up someone will be coming to look at it. He has told me that it is not a problem for someone to come out and take a look. Just have to coordinate the time and set up the pick up and delivery plus the money transfer. When the time is set I'll send along some pictures he has sent me so you have something to compare it to. Appreciate the offer of storage and may take you up on it if the timing doesn't work out.
