    So far, mine has kicked up every time. I think it helps that i don't have the collared bolt in there. The regular bolt give some sponginess that I think has saved me. Despite this however, I plan on trying to install some sort of xj style kill switch. If the stand is down and you shift from neutral is just kills it.

      yeah i dont know why it didnt come up, it still has spring in it. maybe the angle i hit it at was to great to force it up.

        That's what happened to John... He's left his down a number of times but usually it kicks back up... The one time it didn't, he was in a left turn that caught just right and didn't allow the kickstand to go up... or him to stay up...
