    Cobia is my favorite fish, not only to eat but to catch as well. They put up one hell of a fight right up until the end. But you really want to have them on ice ASAP so the lactic acid doesn't interfere too much with their taste. I carry a 9mm so I can subdue them in a hurry. Had one tear up a 74qt cooler when brough aboard green, bucked my friend right off the top of the cooler!!
