I don't believe that is Kat's or John's bike!
But I, too, don't really see the need for it mounted to the rear, since the view in my rear view mirrors is larger than the 2.5" video screen, and depending on the sunlight and angle, those LCD's can be hard to see!
Perhaps connecting the output to a Dig VCR for recording ride action would be one use for it, but otherwise, can't really see the need..!

I don't believe it is either, T.C..... but we can always work on that...I don't believe that is Kat's or John's bike!
I don't know... my mirrors on the SG give me two different views... one is "objects in the rear view mirror may appear closer than they are" (that would make a good song)... the other one is "objects in the rear view mirror, are actually right up on your backside" Maybe a rear view camera wouldn't be such a bad way to get a neutral view... might save a crick in the neck...81 SH Something Special

Hey petejw, the camera works well for seeing cars that are behind you in the same lane. I don't know about the rest of you, but the mirrors I went with, I have to move in my arms a little just to see the cars directly behind me(same lane), Other than that it's all good.Last edited by Spide4x4; 09-15-2007, 02:09 PM.Comment

Would be good for all the Gold Wing riders with the installed reverse... some of them can't seem to handle the reverse switch and turning their heads at the same time!
