Went to London on vacation... sort of.
First thing I see from the train on my way from the gatwick airport... XS11 special, two-up, a bit dull redish color... anyone from here?

Wow, that's awesome. I drive hundreds of miles a day at times and and have never seen one (besides mine) other than the two that came to my house to see me!

I can definately say it wasn't me.

Needle in a stack of haystacks

As you may know, there are not many XS11's getting around on this Continent.

I logged into the Roads and Traffic website a few months ago looking to order 'XS11' number plates but found someone else already has them. Boo hoo etc.

A few days later I'm driving my Bus through North Sydney when what do I see? A '78E, stock as a rock, with the number plate 'XS11'

If I wasn't driving the bus, I would have pulled him over. He was in his late 60's early 70's and with a grin from ear to ear.

Oh well, at least it's on a '78!

      Cheers and beers,

I don't recognise the description so it's probably not one of the XS1100UK Register guys.
