I have been riding in the 100+ lately. I commute to about 75miles a day and always wear the leather chaps over the dress pants. I got an Xelement mesh jacket with armour and I LOVE it. It is almost as good as a short sleeve shirt and feels lots safer. Also, I have found, much to my surprise, that my full face modular helmet is much cooler than my open face when it is really hot out. It cuts the furnace wind!

      I parked mine.

If I can't ride to the office in the morning without sweating inside my helmet, the bike gets parked. So, mine's parked until the morning temps drop back into the low 70's.

Hot or not I ride anyhow. Up here it's never too hot to ride, but it DOES get darned cold!!! Heated grips and widproof clothing make it more bearable...

This morning it was chilly enough to see my breath when I stepped outside for a smoke.

So much for the dog days of summer...
