Report the Golfcart badge sellers, please.

I know how impossible it is to get anything accomplished on ebay, but if tons of us start contacting them about sellers like this ripping people off, maybe something will happen. I already reported this and another seller about these "intentionally misleading titles." Here are the auctions that looked like golf cart badges.

Maybe not everyone feels as strongly about this. If I liked badges on the tanks, I would probably buy one of these, but selling under false pretenses is still wrong and I wouldn't buy from one of these guys.

I don't think 81's issue is with the guy making money. It's the false advertising. The seller is listing them as OEM tank badges for a specfic model of XS1100 and they actually go on the side of a golfcart. That the guy is making $20 each set, whoopie for him.

I heard that a member here got kicked-off Ebay for telling buyers where to get the emblems for $5 a set, he was interfereing with the transaction.

When I can prove that the emblems are golf cart emblems I contact all the bidders and ebay. Several times the SELLERS have been suspended and one booted permanently for fraud. I've never had any negative reaction from ebay over doing this.

The only OEM emblems I know of that are still available are from bikebandit or partsnmore (not sure which) for an '81 and retail for under $4.00.
