Its been a while, I missed Hobbymans send off, damn bike carbs, but the good news I got a new set of carbs, and the Kawa LTD 1000 is running better than it ever has, so if the rain will ever let up maybe we can get some rides in

    Let's do this!

    Hey Bob,

Since Hippie Dave bought a new Suzuki Hayabusa, we need to get together and do a local ride. If the rain holds out this weekend, maybe a Sunday ride to Brenham, to the airport 50's style restaurant?

Now the real question is, who is going to ride the XS?

I guess Dave knew I was getting the kaw up and running right so he figured he needed something a bit faster than the xs to keep up with me

                      What?

Look at Bob talking smack! LOL

No picture Todd? It shows up on all of my PCs. Hmmm...

Yeah, I blocked that picture from you viewing it. I didn't want you to get mad at him! Just kidding.

Well, I guess you will just have to come down to Houston sometime to see him and it! What's a thousand miles between friends?

Maybe to come see Lynda... but YOU??? Pfft! lol.. I may have to come see you guys... I think Kat and John are getting tired of seeing me! Hmmm... Just mapped to College station.. just 340 miles! With the knock in my motor getting nice and loud after about 10 miles... might as well be 1,000! Gonna do some engine swapping this weekend and hopefully fix that.

OK.. the picture is working now. This morning when I looked at it, it was just a little box with a red "X" in it.

I'm still thinking it's maybe a photoshop thing, or you guys were riding and saw it sitting in a parking lot, and Dave jumped on to get a pic. Yeah... that's the story! lol.

Dave said his INSURANCE payments are higher than most folks' BIKE payments... lol. I told him his XS probably wouldn't even start now out of jealousy.

Man... don't you HATE it when people do exactly what they say they are going to do??

                          GREAT RIDE SUNDAY!!!

I met up with Greg sunday , rode to Hippe Daves house, and there it was the Busa, brand new , the bike knew who the master was though, not long after being there the Busa kind of wet its pants dumped a bunch of water on the ground right in front of us, the bike knew the Kawi was in the house

Dave must have sensed it also, he broke out the XS and off on the ride we went , made a short ride to Chappell Hill got a bite to eat and made our way back ,

Good ride and look forward to doing it again soon
