        I saw a scruffy standard at the gas station a couple of weeks ago. Told the guy about the website but he didn't seem interested in that or talking about the bike (or anything else for that matter). Oh well...

          This was a reddish, full faring 11 with a woman passenger. For the reason you just mentioned, Mike, is the reason I didn't run out there like a crazy person and start jabbering about his bike. I imagine that for everyone of us fanatics, there are several other owners that just ride it and don't care all that much about it. Hard to believe, I know

            I saw one here in my area...XS1100 Special

            It was real cool man...full front faring, bags, a real nice ride. At a gas station when I was walking out, right here in town! I told him about the website and he's going to be looking into it...needs a tank, his is rotted and all bondo and epoxy on the bottom. He told me he got it from a guy who kept it in a barn for years before letting it go. At least it's out getting some fresh miles now!

            So look for a new member from Western New York, maybe Perry or Castile area. That'd be him!
