laxdad,
It must be something that found it's way onto your computer. I have NOT seen anything on this machine, although it IS protected!! I'm using my work laptop, and have NOT been home on my machine for three weeks!
I'll let you know Friday if I see anything out of the norm.

No, we have not incorporated any new defense mechanisms. We are working on upgrading the web site, but those defenses will be behind the scenes, you will just have the same XS11.com log in process, that's it!
DO a virus/spyware scan. Good Luck!

I havn't seen anything on my end either. I do run a firewall program as well as a hard firewall. I also run some pretty good anti virous/spyware stuff. Slows my machine down to about 35,000k download and around 510k upload. I really should upgrade.
I wouldn't click and/or open anything that I didn't request. Here on this forum, I've never had a pop up asking to log in after I've already logged in.
if you are using Netscape and the security settings to keep passwords loaded when needed it will pop up a window for your master password so it can log you in automatically........ (well not log you in but fill in your login info)
But no popup ever should ask for log in info itself....... after you log in
some web pages do that before you log in but not this one..... it only has the login boxes at the top of the forum main page
